We were successful in keeping foreclosure off their credit report. It was something that was real and very close to home. We have invested in multiple training classes since then specifically on foreclosures and the foreclosure process. We found that helping people in this unfortunate circumstance prior to a public hearing makes it a win - win situation for everyone.
